Job Description: Are you passionate about food and ready to be part of a unique new McKinney tradition?

Wells Hospitality Group is seeking an executive chef for its new Chophouse and Ballroom in the Grand Hotel. Once the historic Opera House, this new venue will add history and charm to Historic Downtown McKinney. The restaurant will feature 100 seats in the main dining room with two private dining rooms that will seat 30 each. The ballroom will accommodate 250 people plated or 375 for a reception.
Job Requirements: Do you have 5 plus years as a sous or executive chef?
Do people often rave about your ability to create incredible features?
Would your previous colleagues take a bullet for you?
Can you manage food cost like a pro?
Management Position? Yes
Entry Level Position? No
Work Permit Needed? Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work in the United States will not be considered.
